China International Digital Economy Expo is the only national expo named after digital economy approved by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and co-hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the People's Government of Hebei Province. The Expo has been successfully held for two times. It has become an international event leading the development of digital economy, a national platform for displaying the latest achievements of the national digital economy, and a world-class platform for global digital economy exchange and cooperation. The China International Digital Economy Expo 2022 will be held in Shijiazhuang (Zhengding) International Convention and Exhibition Center in the middle of November. According to the spirit of Notice on Partner Collection for China International Digital Economy Expo 2022, it is now open to the world to collect investment promotion agencies.

1. Collection Objects

Any domestic and foreign enterprise that has the business qualification for meeting, exhibition, advertising and brokerage, and has the qualification of independent legal person.

2. Collection Contents

Recruiting agencies to sponsor funds, articles in kind, techniques and services, etc. for the exposition. The collection content includes but are not limited to the following products, techniques and services:

(I) Guest Services. Reception vehicles, courtesy service and drinks, etc.;

(II)Service Guarantee. Catering services, epidemic prevention materials, safety protection equipment, clothing and apparels, office services, etc.;

(III) Service Operation. Conference system, security inspection system, legal consulting, insurance services, communication services, postal services etc.;

(IV) Promotional Souvenirs. Cultural creative product, promotional materials, customized electronic products, small household appliances, specialty gifts etc.;

(V) Media Publicity Resources. Online and offline media resources and advertising resources in business districts etc.

The Executive Committee of the Expo shall issue a Power of Attorney to the investment promotion agency who has passed the qualification examination, and the investment promotion agency shall be entitled to a series of corresponding rights and interests granted by the Executive Committee and enjoy different returning rights and interests according to the actual investment promotion amount.

3. Application Conditions

(I) The applicant shall understand the concept of China International Digital Economy Expo 2022 and agree to provide business promotion agency services for the Expo;

(II) It has the status of an independent legal person, holds a valid business license issued by a market regulatory authority and its registered capital shall not be less than CNY 3 million in principle;

(III) It shall have a good social image and commercial reputation, and have no record of violation of laws or administrative punishment;

(IV) It shall have abundant resources, and have strong support, promotion ability and service consciousness to the Expo;

(V) It shall have a certain reputation, good performance, wide external communication channel and network, and relevant successful commercial agency service cases of investment promotion in the vertical field of digital economy will be preferred.

(VI) It shall have the capacity of performing the agreements and undertake not to use the logo of the "China International Digital Economic Expo 2022" to carry out marketing activities without the written approval of the executive committee of the Expo, otherwise, the violator shall bear corresponding legal liabilities.

4. Collection Process

(I) Registration

(1) The applicant shall submit the following application materials:

①Letter of intent; ②Information registration form of the applicant; ③Power of attorney of legal representative affixed with the official seal; ④Copies of duplicate of the latest annual inspection of the applicant such as business license (affixed with official seal of the enterprise); ⑤Examples of successful business invitation resources and business negotiation which the applicant is good at; ⑥external communication channels or networks of the eligible party in the past three years; ⑦any other additional materials in connection with the assessment of the qualifications of the eligible enterprises as considered necessary by the eligible party.

(2) Material Submission

Applicants must submit the aforesaid materials prior to September 20, 2022, Beijing time. Moreover, the applicants shall upload the application materials via the official website (https://www.cidee-zd.cn/), or send the electronic documents to the designated e-mail address (xuepu@cidee.ntesmail.com), and contact the Secretariat of the Executive Committee of the Expo for confirmation in a timely manner after submitting the documents. Late submissions will not be accepted.

(II) Qualification Review and Evaluation

After receiving the intention documents, the Executive Committee of the Expo will conduct qualification review and evaluation of the applicants.

(III) Agreement Signing

The Executive Committee of the Expo shall authorize the applicants who have passed the qualification examination and appraisal, and entrust the officially designated working agency to sign "China International Digital Economy Expo 2022 Investment Promotion Agency Agreement" with the applicants.

(IV) Collection Letter

In the name of the Executive Committee of the Expo, the Collection Letter will be issued to the agency for targeted collection, and the agency will submit it to the Executive Committee of the Expo uniformly.

5. Rights reserved

The Expo Executive Committee reserves the following rights in the collection:

(1) Modify and supplement the collection announcement;

(2) Change the schedule of the collection activity;

(3) Accept or reject any bidding documents, and change or cancel the solicitation activity, at any time, without assuming any responsibility and explaining the reasons to the applicants;

(4) Reserve the right to final interpretation of the collection announcement and appendices hereto.

7. Other Matters

(I) Applicants must ensure the authenticity and legality of the materials provided. If there is any misrepresentation, once verified, the applicant will be disqualified.

(II) The Executive Committee of the Expo has the final right to interpret the notice.
